Weekend. Time to relaxs. Forget all your worries and take some rest. Well, even you’ve to work, just keep smile and start today with basmalah.   Here it is… morning juice to start your day (carrot, celery and lemon).

Drinking carrot and celery juice has many benefits. Yup, carrot  contain vitamin A. Vitamin A has an influence on eyesight, bone development, procreation and cell activity. Celery has full of powerful antioxidants and anti-cancer compounds like flavonols, phenolic acids and furanocoumarins, drink celery juice has a lot of potential as a cancer fighter. Another interesting nutrient in celery juice called phthalide relaxes smooth muscles inside your blood vessels, thus helping to reduce high blood pressure. The phthalide in celery is also believed to help lower LDL cholesterol for better heart health. That’s why I choose this one for my mother and father also for me too.
