When you feel really stressed. Take a step back, inhale, smile and laugh. Remember who you are and why you’re here. You’re never given anything in this world that you can’t handle. Remember, the moment when you were so stressed then you suddenly feel fine just because you prayed. Be strong, be flexible, love yourself and love others. Drink more water. Eat more fruits and veggies. Thenย just keep moving forward.
