American Risoles Minimalis…

When Eid al Fitr fulfilled become 30 days or istikmal, we don’t have any ta’jil at the day (emang jarang ada ta’jil di rumah, air putih + buah = cukup :p), karena waktunya keserap sama masakan untuk lebaran and eonni have a good idea to made some american risoles. Minimalis american risoles exactly, karena mayonese-nya sudah mau habis (as usual kita memasak dari bahan yang tersisa), twenty minutes before maghrib, we started cooking (pakai ilmu ‘kira-kira and suka-suka’), here it is…

Bahan Isian :
Smoked beef, Mayonase and Eggs (have been boiled ya)

Bahan Kulit :
Wheat flour 3-4 tbs, milk squeezed from coconut 400 ml (use at sufficiently for subtitute milk), use milk just 3 tbs, salt 1/2 ts, liquid margarine 1 tbs and panir flour use at sufficiently. We didn’t use eggs and baking powder.

First, mix flour, salt, margarine, coconut milk and milk until smooth and liquid, separate a little to dye before risoles put into panir flour. Second, pour a ladle of batter to the teflon, ratakan adonan (dadar). Third, baked with low heat until well done.

Put mayonase, smoked beef and eggs on the risoles’s skin. Roll the risoles’s skin. Dye the risoles in smooth and liquid’s batter which have been separated then dye it again into panir flour. After finish, you can fried the risoles.

Ini agak gosong, apinya kebesaran, maklum buru-buru, adzan maghrib hampir berkumandang. Angkat jika sudah berwarna kuning keemasan dan tiriskan. Letakkan tissue di atas piring, untuk menyerap minyak.
